Frequently Asked Questions

Navigating open schooling often comes with many questions regarding credibility and curriculum. Below, we address the most common inquiries to help you move forward with confidence.

Yes. NIOS is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Its certificates for the 10th and 12th grades are globally recognized and carry the same weight as those from CBSE, ICSE, or State Boards for all higher education and employment purposes.

To earn a certificate, you must pass a minimum of five subjects, including at least one language. You have the freedom to choose from a wide range of academic and vocational subjects across Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams.

The ODE system allows students to take exams whenever they feel prepared, rather than waiting for the fixed April/May or October/November cycles. This provides ultimate flexibility for those looking to complete their education quickly or clear a specific paper.

The AIDE Institute acts as a dedicated support centre. We assist with the online registration process, provide quality study materials, facilitate Tutor Marked Assignments (TMA), and offer specialized coaching to ensure students are fully prepared for their practical and theory exams.
